Brother Frank

Growing up in the 70's in Northern Virginia outside of Washington, D.C. I was exposed to a vast variety of music. College stations, FM underground stations, I could not have been more blessed.
In the 80's when new wave and rock-a-billy hit the scene I thought I truely was in heaven.
I left Northern Virginia in 1984 and moved to Vero Beach, Florida and became a flooring sub-contractor. I have had my own business for over 20 years and an S corporation for 7 years; Customs Flooring Installation Inc. Additionally, I hold a handy mans license and love to get out and dig in the dirt.
My hobbies include fishing, surfing, beach combing for sharks teeth, tennis, a little golf and a true love for fast cars and bikes.
Now how did I get to WFIT - well while recovering from neck surgery in 1996 I finally answered the call from WFIT for volunteers to host a radio show. I made a demo tape and was taught to run the NPR news, which I did for about 4 days. Then I was asked to co-host a five hour Blues show on Saturday's. Now 14 years later, it has been a blast and I'm still doing that Saturday Afternoon Show.
Jazz, Blues, Rock and Swing has always been a major part of my life. It's been said that the music that you listen to is the soundtrack of your soul.
Please tune in every Saturday and get healed with the Blues.
